CRAZY BITCH TEA is a universal language of women. It is not just about tea. It started as a great brew, with an amazing and risky name, and an intention that this was going to turn into something amazing!
CRAZY BITCH TEA has been lovingly created with the intent to help and embrace ALL women, and now carries with it a global mission. Breaking down the barriers that divide us, empowering us to embrace and love the Crazy Bitch inside of us. The Crazy Bitch inside all women that makes us unique, powerful, beautiful, strong, an unstoppable force of love and generosity with a power like no other. We are all one!!!
As women we are called CRAZY BITCH when we decide to honor ourselves, to step outside the MOLD of what society says a “woman” should be or any other self-imposed limitations. IT is TIME to honor that CRAZY BITCH, be bold enough to step outside the box and it is TIME to honor the uniqueness and beauty that lies within every woman regardless of race, of religion, of financial status, celebrity or not, of physical limitations, of any other factors that appear to divide us…even oceans apart..we are united…we have the same needs, fears, desires, hopes and dreams, good days, and bad (CRAZY) days…and the world just became smaller.
The women behind CRAZY BITCH TEA each have a story, we are unique – once we were strangers, yet have formed an inseparable bond. The story begins with Robin Foley, the sister-in-law and co-founder of Crazy Bitch Tea having a day like we have all had… where she was feeling like a “Crazy Bitch” and seeking a solution. She contacted Lynn Higgin, her sister-in-law, now Founder and President of Crazy Bitch Tea, (also a Clinical Herbalist) for advice. The seed was planted. We needed to process this new venture for the perfect time to present itself, and almost a year later it came to fruition! Crazy Bitch Tea was born! Enter, Christine Robertson, now our Chief Happiness Officer, armed with unbridled passion and love for our Tea and our mission.
However, it was not until we created our CRAZY BITCH TEA Facebook Fanpage that we began to understand the NEED and the DESIRE ALL women have for a place to release her own CRAZY BITCH. We stumbled across that need quite by accident. We began hearing overwhelming feedback (even before people tasted our tea) where fans of the page would make comments like “I LOVE what you are doing” and “How can I help”! And they would buy the tea for the name, and story behind the name, and LOVED the unique blend with a very appealing taste. We were starting to realize what was happening. We knew we had something much bigger than the tea itself, that a mission and movement was forming!
We began to get feedback from women across the globe that the “tea” has saved them, empowered them, and inspired them to follow their dream and passion. We slowly realized we had created a beacon of understanding, a place where the language of “woman” was spoken, and being a CRAZY BITCH was to be respected and honored, and women would lighten up and giggle a little. The name has created quite a buzz. Women globally started embracing their own CRAZY BITCH and calling themselves: CB– Canada, CB– Australia, CB– Utah! We were floored as we watched this evolution before our eyes. We were creating a bond with the women nationally and internationally, just by the way we were communicating on a personal level to these women on our fanpage and website. We began an interaction that became a 'sisterhood' with all of the women that were buying our tea! A bond was created! Momentum was gathering at a pace that blew our minds.
Women everywhere want to be part of Crazy Bitch Tea's mission to empower women. To be part of an idea that helps bring harmony to the world around us, one sip at a time.
One male fan even wrote a review of the tea for us – we had not met him – but he loved what we were “doing” – and he LOVES the tea. Another idea was born!! This is where our CRAZY BITCH ‘Spokesdude’ Keith Sillivent entered the picture. Keith Sillivent is the male face of CRAZY BITCH TEA – helping men everywhere support and honor their women during their time of need, whether they were acting like a Crazy Bitch, or having a bad day, emotional upheaval, or just to show their support and understanding that they want to offer loving comfort to the women in their lives. Men have been joining the mission, alongside the women.
We took a risk with a name like Crazy Bitch Tea, all with the intent of gaining the attention to a plight women share everywhere!
We are stepping outside of the boundaries to get our message across any way we can. Women want to be part of our mission because all women want to feel like they are part of something amazing, that helps women, and how cool it is that women all over the country, are sipping our tea, knowing they are part of a bigger plan. We love what we have become and want to bring this to as many women globally as we can!!! With our tea, and our VISION!
